4) You may wish to let us know what you re interested in, and wait for an invoice. BUT WE OPERATE BY FIRST PAY FIRST SERVE. no reservations of items.
5) All excess orders would be notified and money refunded within a week.
6) Your order would only be secured and sent out on the following WEDNESDAY or SATURDAY after we have received the payment and sent you a confirmation mail.
Note: Trooops reserves the right to give up your order to another person if payment is not received.
Trooops recommends you to opt for registered mail, as we would not be liable for any lost or damaged mail caused by Singpost.
